As he approaches his 50th birthday, Nacer Belkacem dreams of a better life. Over the years, he has built himself a life that is the envy of everyone: a loving father, a happy husband, a model employee, and a respected member of his community. But the veneer is cracking. Beneath a seemingly perfect surface, Nacer has accumulated debt and made questionable investments. Deep in debt and on the brink of ruin, he devises a desperate plan to try to get his head above water. We only have one life to earn our place in heaven.
